What you always ask us.
How long until I start receiving bookings?
Once your account is verified (on average within 24 working hours), your profile goes live and you can receive bookings the same day. All you need is your calendar and your services loaded.
How do I get paid for bookings?
Yaiwell uses Stripe Connect. The client pays when confirming the booking and we transfer the amount (minus commission) to your bank account weekly, automatically.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, up to 2 hours before the service starts from your panel. If you cancel, the client gets an automatic full refund with no penalty on your side.
What if I change my mind?
There's no lock-in and no penalty for leaving. Sign up today, leave tomorrow. Your information is kept for 30 days in case you change your mind again.
Is Yaiwell an app or a website?
Today we're a mobile-optimised website; your panel works in any browser. The native iOS/Android app is coming in the next phase, at no extra cost to you.
What do I need to sign up?
An email, your VAT/company number and, depending on the category, some professional documentation (insurance, certificates). We'll guide you through it step by step.
